OWL wind up camping lantern

The POWERplus OWL is a light-weight wind up lantern with 6 super bright LEDs. It is protected by a tough rubber shell which gives it a comfortable feel, and it also has a built-in carry handle. The OWL is the ideal lantern to take with you on your next camping trip, or just to leave in the boot of your car in case of emergency.

Charge the battery with the dynamo for take-anywhere light

In common with the other POWERplus products, the OWL provides light from six very bright LEDs. Together these give out 6.5 Lumens (roughly the amount of light that six and a half candles cast on a one foot square held one foot away). The LEDs have a life expectancy of 50,000 hours (over five years).

The OWL dynamo lantern is charged by winding the integrated handle to charge the built-in battery. One minute of winding should give up to 25 minutes of light from the six LEDs. Ten minutes of winding should fully charge the battery and give up to 100 minutes of light.

Weighing approximately 200g (7 ounces) the OWL wind up lantern weighs so little you can take it anywhere to give you light without the need for batteries.
