Would give this item five star rating except the kettle does not fit on to the base snugly - wobbles a bit. However, great value and really happy with it otherwise. It is a bit bulky but not a problem - I also like the fact that there is a faint light to show that it is turned on and not the usual bright light on standard kettles which must use up more electricity.
