Smart Log Splitter

14 tons of pressure
Instead
of lifting a heavy axe and trying to take an accurate aim, simply place
your block of wood on to a secure base and drop the weight of the Smart
Splitter wood cutter onto the wedge. The striking weight weighs seven
pounds, which is
more than enough to
split
open any thick piece of wood when you let it drop down the
secure metal rod on
to the firewood. The axe never hits the floor or leaves the base
perimeter.

Setting up the Smart Log Splitter
This secure wood
splitter takes up hardly any room at all with a slim
design. The total weight of the Smart Splitter is less than 21 pounds,
allowing for easy
lifting and storage
in the garage, garden shed or in the home. Being so safe and compact
you can also use the Smart Splitter for chopping wood in any of these
places without much mess. To set up, all you need is a thick
piece of wood to use as a base. Using the drill bit provided with the wood
cutter, you should drill a hole in the base to
secure the rod of the wood splitter.
Splitting wood
When
the Smart Splitter weight is dropped on top of the block of wood the
larger splitting wedge divides it into two. You may need to repeat
this action a few times before the log splits completely, each time
saving yourself the back ache and exhaustion of using a heavy axe. The

Kindling
If you want kindling
wood
you simply place the small length of wood underneath the splinting
edge, which holds
the wood in place as you let go to grip the weight. Just as you would
for a thicker piece of wood, drop the weight down and the wood
will split down the middle. |
