The Solar Mate „ C lighting kits are ideal for providing essential light and electrical power to any outdoor buildings such as sheds, workshops, summer houses, stables, agricultural buildings etc
 
This kit is ideal for smaller buildings such as the average garden shed, summer house or single stable. Its single 12 Volt, energy saving bulb is equivalent to a 40 Watt household light bulb and illuminates an area of up to 16 square metres. Solar Mate "TMs solar panel will collect enough energy during the course of the day (even in Britain) to power its bulb for between 5 and 7 hours every day of the year (5 hours in the winter "" 7 hours for the rest for the year).

General Information
Solar Mate lighting kits are a complete solution for generating light in outbuildings, sheds, caravans and workshops.
 
The kit comprises a high power solar panel which is suitable for UK weather conditions and all the necessary fixings and cables to be up and running. Just add a 75 or 85 Ah car or caravan battery (not included but available from most motoring / caravanning shops) to complete the installation and get free electricity from solar power.

Ease of use
A Solar Mate kit is quick and easy to install, requiring no special tools and can be operating within 1-2 hours.
 
Power Supplied
Depending on your needs there is a choice of kits! A Solar Mate I can power a 5 Watt light bulb for up to 7 hours a day, whilst a Solar Mate V can power six 8 Watt fluorescent tubes for up to 8 hours a day.
